It's a collective responsibility Bad Lad, if you allow someone who is obviously not capable of making a rational decision to continue consuming alcohol, then you are culpable.

But if you are over the limit and take up valuable resources because you have been out on the pissss then I believe you should be charged......£80 fine should do it.....see how long it takes people to not go to A&E.....and if they don't....then that's Darwinism at its best
