the annoying thing about my watch is that i don't even like it. there was a blue one and a white one. i spent ages trying to decide which one to buy. as soon as i put it on outside the shop i realised i shouldve bought the blue one.

i paid £2k for the watch in 2010. I've worn it ever since, and not one single person has ever commented on it.

Aye but like anything else you should buy it for yourself, not to impress others. I have a Rolex OP39 and a Tudor BB58, both nice watches, both cost a few bob and nobody has ever commented on them (which I don’t mind, and the design of both is pretty discrete anyway), but this Seiko diver I’ve got that cost about £170 has had loads of “oooh nice watch mate” comments. I used to have a TAG, they’re overpriced for what they are though, I certainly wouldn’t be paying £550 to get an 11 year old one repaired, could put that money toward something new/better.

It’s unlocked if you ain’t in contract with anybody so you’d need to buy it outright.
I’m assuming you’d buy one of those temporary SIM cards attached to whatever country you are in?

Yeah, well what I want to do is just stick my vodafone sim in there from my current phone, and also be able to stick a foreign one in the other slot, so I think that would fit the bill.

I went into the story earlier and it actually said "unlocked" on the display board, and i was going to buy one but they hadnt had their delivery so i said id do the other stuff i'd planned in town and then come back, but then i got home and realied i'd forgotten to go back.

I think the buy online option is the same phone, but it doesnt expressly say "unlocked" so i wasn't sure. I guess it is though.
