Hojbjerg Dier and Davies playing like mid to lower table players this season, the latter two would definitely struggle to sign for a better club than that should they finally leave

With Bents and kulu back I still think there's something to salvage this season with Conte if we sign a CB and GK of their impact.

But we won't so there's nothing to salvage this season and might as well change manager now for a proper project.

Do we still think poch would be still a project type manager or one now that would want a loss of money and top players?

I don’t think we we’ll get the poch back we had last time that went with young up and coming players tbh

This is where I'm at.

It's frustrating because with a decent CB and keeper and a bit of luck we could win the FA Cup. We are still in Champs league as well.

We all know though, in a few weeks time we will be out of everything because we failed to replace our CB or keeper effectively and continue to fack our selves over with costly mistakes.

That project as I said requires big signings the club won't offer

If not you need a project manager who can develop less established players

And build with a more long term vision

But obviously the vision issue is at board level

Bored of managers who think they're bigger than the club, too

Not conte out but basically am cause we won't sign him the players now

You need a manager with an egi otherwise the players will do him over. If they sense weakness they will use it.

Interesting, I don't think he would accept the job unless he was guarenteed serious investment tbh.

However I think ENIC are now investing seriously into the team, it is just not at a level to make up for the 4 years of little/no investment
