I do think going after Bentancur for his passing is a bit much. It's one area where he's definitely better than Bissouma

By my eye it is. He's not good running with it so unless there's immediate options it's not grate. But I think he executes them better. Maybe more stats?

I’m talking about movement ahead of him and Bentancur ( not even them but anyone in those positions ).

Bentancur just flatters to deceive like no other player in the squad, everybody falls in love with that sexy upright berbaesque dribbling style so they end up thinking he's some excellent technician and ball player. but barring some moments of nifty press resistance he's so incredibly unambitious when given time on the ball.

Stats don't help btw. Bissouma better pass completion % and key passes this season

it's just funny to me that if you polled all spurs fans on who is the best passer out of Bentancur, Hojbjerg and Winks, probably 90% of fans would say the one who is clearly the worst of the three
