Does it work well being 1st person or like most complaints or grumbles at the initial videos would it have been preferable as a 3rd person, Uncharted like game?

I think 1st person does make it very different to unchartered etc, the drawbacks are the platforming just isn't quite so fun, hard to judge jumps and a bit clunky on places. It's quite good for the first combat and melee combat.

Just got a new gaming pc and was looking at trying this game out. Heard good things about it

Story is good , AI is terrible, gameplay is meh, controls are a bit clunky

Way better than my previous one! Coincidentally I've been given a free copy of the game for purchasing an NVIDIA card.
