As do I but he's going to need a lot of help and a lot of luck.

I don't like saying it but things are that bad it might be beyond anyone at this point though. I just don't see this mass player exodus that everyone is hoping for. Likes of Casemiro, Mount, Shaw, Antony will bleed us dry until their deals run out and they are perfectly entitled to do so as well.

When you think this club has hit rock bottom we find new depths to explore. I genuinely don't think we've hit the bottom yet either.

It's depressing mate but it is what it is. We look a complete and utter shambles.

I don't think we will get relegated but I am a tad worried we could get dragged into the race for a little while.

We're averaging 1.29pts per game which would give 49 in total across the season.

49 points? Luxury! We'll be on the beach by May.

I don't think it's as bad as your earlier post i.e. beyond anyone right now. I think it's just the inconsistency in each game.

We're clearly not performing to the standards expected, but we're more than capable of finishing at least to the position we did last season.

To put it in perspective, you look at our results and the likes of City, Villa, Newcastle, Bournemouth, Spurs and you change 2 of our losses into wins and we go above them. 6 wins compared to 7 or 8. A lot of inconsistency all round tbf.

It's been beyond the last 6/7 managers tbf.

I don't envy Ruben. He's got one hell of a job on his hands. I'd say his starting point is the worst any United manager has faced in probably 40 years or more and none of it is his fault.

Everything about the club is just weird. Even the ownership situation is still mental. We still have the Glazers but they are the silent majority. INEOS don't have full control so obviously don't feel comfortable investing too much money until they do have the whole club, if that's even their plan.

We need a new stadium and are going to have to fund it ourselves which is going to severely impact our ability to spend.

There isn't much to be positive over right now except our Under 18's.
