He’s literally trying to take over the world. He put a new years tweet out, saying that 2025 was going to be a special year. That should send shivers down the spine of every sane person.

Feels like some sort of posturing prior to more posts about the political landscape in UK? It is right out the Trump playbook who has variously claimed to be, and his parents to be, Irish, Scottish, German, Swedish whatever suits his agenda at the time.

All cants, but its up to you to decide the level cantishness you're prepared to tolerate i guess. I kind of draw the line at someone who is currently hellbent on spreading lies, hatred and division on a mass scale to completely distort the Western world for his own end.

If he gets hold of a PL football club, it wouldn't be for some love of the game, it would be to use the PL's global influence to push whatever his latest agenda is.

There was talk that Ratcliffe tried (and failed) to get Musk to help fund United's new stadium. I think that would've been that for me in terms of supporting the club.

If he was minded to he could decimate European football by manufacturing the MLS into the richest league in the World way more easily than the Saudis.
