I'm hoping he goes before we have to lose a few games. In a perfect world, Venky's haven't sacked him yet because they're searching for the perfect replacement.

I think your right starrover i cannot see Kean lasting

He is one of two things either very unlucky or just clueless,I tend to go with the latter!I dont enjoy printing this but he is the worst manager thart Rovers have had in my living memory.

Brian Kidd & Paul Ince come very close

At least they both won a few games,Keans record is shocking!

Ince had the easier task taking Hughes' team forward. Kidd has a top team to take forward, Kean has tried to change Big Sam's team in to a passing side. It's a bigger task so they're all as bad as each other.

Kidd was a very bad manager yes we did have a good run of games witch we wun but we were very lucky with those wins and were rightfuly went down

Well, thats in the past Kean is still with us and he is the bookies favourite to go in the next few days.I have never known a whole group of our fans wanting the manager gone.I would say about 90% might even be a higher percentage.

I dont know the man but im sure hes doing his best for our team but I just feel hes out of his depth!Sams other assistant Phil Brown also tried his luck and look what happened to Hull.

Every week I scratch my head at his starting eleven. Please leave the club Mr Kean

Dougie last time we had a manager that was so bad was when we went down from the old first division .

I find it very strange with the arrival of clement and Kean on the verge of the sack

Its like the old adage the left hand doesnt know what the right hands doing.

I'm hoping Clement signals the start of a new era. Whether that be by results improving or Kean going.

posted on 16/10/11

Clement ive never heard of him, this is sure gonna be another botched job if Venkys go down the same road.O Neill is free,Mclaren also and there are many up and coming young guns in thew lower leagues ,what about Cloughies lad at Derby he woulkd be a magnificent signing.

Clement left chelsea in summer with new management team coming in he ment to be very good

posted on 16/10/11

Thats why I have never heard of him before! We need a a man with experience im sure Clement will fit in but not as the new Kean.

Clement isn't being brought in to be the new manager. He's a good number two - hopefully he was suggested by a manager we're looking to bring in. Idealistic, I know.

posted on 16/10/11

I would not be surprised if clement has been given the ok by any new manager who comes in if Kean gets the sack

posted on 16/10/11

Never the less its a strange signing indeed!
