No-one doubts Szczesny's ability, to put him down they point out the goals conceded, you could be the best but if your back four is pants you will concede.

However this guy saves us so many times.

You can also put it this way if Cech was in our goal we would concede more!

i think cech would put your back 4 into shape to be honest.

I'm starting to enjoy Wilshere's posts, got to love the delusion. Anyway for my money the best mid table keeper is Bergovic. Let Szczesny battle it out with him before you crane your neck up the league.....

Have you watched us this season? When going forward it's as if the back four is an extinction of the midfield, we play such a high line that on the counter Cech is almost the only line of defence.

Listen, Szczesny is a decent keeper, certainly the best you've got, but he's got so way to go before he can even be mentioned in the same breath as Cech. Since he joined Chelsea, Cech's made approx 4/5 major errors of judgement that have cost the team, Szczesny though a good shot stopper has made near enough that amount in a sixth of the time including costing the team an entire trophy, black and white mistake which directly cost Arsenal some silverware.

Szczesny has been excellent so far this season, but he has had to be. It is too early to compare him after 6 months to a goalkeeper, who has been at or near the top for a number of years.
