They simply can't handle the truth that Kenny isn't a worldclass manager and Liverpool are an upper mid-table side at best Anyone, would says so, they go crying to Admin1
I think they believe if they create their own little environment without rival fan banter, they can kid themselves their still a top club.

We take them pretty seriously.

I think that's the point. I'd be surprised if more than half of the Arsenal and Chelsea wums on the LFC board are even 20 years old.

Billy Bob doesnt wum, he actually debates on the United board and his contributions is recognised by many United posters

Not especially happy with this statement either. It was only last week a Liverpool fan walked from the site because we stopped him from posting on the United board.
Our Liverpool users are pretty thin on the ground and we could have done without losing one of them, but we were happy with the decision we made for the sake of the site as a whole.

BillyBoob is a gentle WUM. He's neither provocative nor does he use a thousand like some of us do. Thats why he's not been banned. I have to agree with OP. I find myself having to think carefully what I write on their articles incase of any backlash from them. Shame.

I think there is a difference between what I do and what I have seen people getting blocked for on other boards!
I mostly like to 'debate' United issues, I offer an anti-United perspective opposed to the pro-United viewpoint on that board. The board is not for United fans to chat amongst themselves, but for all fans to discuss United.
From what I have seen, people are getting blocked because of repetitive things like, 'Downing 20M ', which offers nothing to the article and usually turns said article into a farce and negates the original point!
Nobody likes to see these type of articles and the fact that they have been spoilt by people with no intention of debating the point I guess leads to the possibility of a block!
I obviously wum at times, but I like to think that I stick to the point of whatever article it is that I am commenting on...

If Billybob was really complained about that much he would have been banned from the United board.
I never posted anything offensive of misleading on the Pool board yet was banned from there. That's a fact. In fact I don't think i have ever had a comment taken down before. Liverpool fans are unable to debate with fans from other clubs because anything negative is automatically portrayed as a WUM attempt, rightly or wrongly.
Billybob gets plenty of bites but I doubt he gets any complaints, if he did he would have been banned from the United board a long time ago (according to Admins). As for the OP of this article, well he is a complete bell anyway so who really cares?
Far too many crybabies across the whole board, one of the worst being sturridges right boot who creates wum articles on the united board regularly and filters anyone who replies, seriously how sad do you need to be?

I'll look into that one. We regard that as abuse of the filter feature which would have previously resulted in account closure before the board ban was introduced.

That's true but in all fairness most of your comments on the board became absolute dross. How are comments like "" intended to extend debate? No, they end debates or more likely start flame wars. If you look at the idiotic things fans of all teams say simply when someone posts an idiot baiting comment you can see why the Admins err on the edge of caution.
