The worst is in the 90th minute... Every cross is impossible to deal with!
The people who complain about crosses are the ones who can't defend them.
Learn to defend properly.
The best time to score a header is right after k.o.
For some reason if you can burst down the wing straight away your striker always gets on the end of your cross and generally scores.

The best way to defend a cross is to make your defender move towards the ball before heading. Make sure you keep your eye on both the ball and the attacker. It's good to get in front of him.
If you just press the header button without moving him you'll lose the header more often than not, especially if you're up against a player who knows how to attack crosses.
