I agree with JPB. Suarez's racism was caught on camera, we could even see exactly what Suarez was saying. But in the Terry case they were only going by what Evra said so no real evidence in my opinion.

that's perfectly clear from my posts.
suarex is alleged to have instigated an attack to try to get a player sent off.
terry is alleged to have responded from an attack, propably designed to try to get him sent off.
therefore suarze's bahaviour is akin to ferdinand's and not terry's.

you seem to be implying though that terry is racist because he said the word "black" to a black person.
in your previous post you equated thisaction to the holocaust. im not sure whether you are still arguing that saying the word "black" to a black person is similar to the holocaust or not (it clearly has no semblance of a similarity), but i dont see how the use of the word proves that the person is racist.
in fact a court has declared him not guilty even of making a racially abusive remark after days of testimony from witness of fact and expert witnesses. he was not even charged with racism, and it seems to have been widely accepted by the court that he is not racist.
even if saying the word "black" to a black person however meant that someone was racist (which it clearly does not), our discussion wasnt about that. the discussion was about whether terry;s behaviour was distinguishable from suarez's.
it clearly is for the reasons that i have stated.

Just don't see why you are being so harsh on John Terry JPB, surely if he was racist he would not just swear at his opponent, but would also make specific reference to his colour. And I'm pretty sure he didn't. So your claim that he is racist and was caught on TV being racist, is fatally flawed.
