Its crazy how much genetics come into play. If I eat well and do legs for a solid couple of weeks I can gain ~5kg in two months.

I dont know what im doing. I just go with what people suggest. Working out pretty well atm. although im still not gaining weight, if anything ive lost weight. while putting on muscle. weird.

edin, you can pretty much get noob gains every time u put focus on your legs after neglecting them for a while. people are always amazed at how much of your bodyweight is actually your legs.
rev - it sounds like your muscles are being shaped more than anything. which is good, because although it takes longer you'll develope a much better frame than most people your weight and it'll eventually become easier to pack on muscle. Definitely genetics there.
Its not noob gains for me though Alv, due to being an ex-sprinter. I am just so shocked I gained 5 kg since the turn of the year since gaining 8kg the year before!
5kg in two months is impressive lol. thats like 2 stone altogether then?
