It's amazing how twitter has changed things. Imagine Twitter's reaction to similar events such as 9/11. It's weird to think that if Twitter had been around, someone on one of the later flights may have seen it, and another Flight 93 (Passenger's realising what had happened, then bringing down the plane) may have happened.

Most planes have wifi now. Someone on the third flight (pentagon) would have checked their phone and told the passengers that it wasn't a 'hostage situation' as they thought on the plane.

The last time I was on a plan was Ryanair I think
They had dial up!
Last few flights I've been on it's been fine as long as you put in flight mode. Just play Angry birds and stuff, watch a movie
i didnt have any wifi. was last on plane 2 years ago.

i was on a 33 hour flight...
My last flight was an easyjet, they didn't have wifi but let you use your phone.
