What do you think to the current Argentina team? Underachievers?

I'm not sure. They should be doing better but at the end of the day they can have as many good players as they want, they have to be able to play as a team.

How insightful Mr Smith! Do you think they rely on the likes of Messi and Tevez too much? Or poor tactics/formation etc etc?

The problem in the last couple of years is they keep changing the team too much. Just putting random players in that have done well for their clubs and they don't know eachother as as team. What you doing up this late?

It's to identify your running style so that you get the right type footwear for training

Not many people see the need in them, but it's free and my old coach had a nasty leg break due to shin splints and ever since I've been terrified of having something similar, so this is just another way of reassuring myself that my technique is correct and also that I'm wearing the right footwear to minimise injuries!

It's only really a quick five minute run on a treadmill and examination of the foot arch but since it's in the gym, I may aswell make a workout out of it!

No it's a good game. No defending by Argentina though. Are you a runner then? I can't remember, you might have told me before. Yeah footwear is important. Know a few people who have had foot problems and had to see physios. I have a foot problem but play through the pain usually. Should probably see someone about it as it's been a problem for years. Too much effort though.

I was.. I represented the East Midlands at 800m and cross country when I was at school but have spent the last few years bulking up. I was 6 stone when I was 14 lol.. Now 20 and 11.5! So almost doubled my weight over 5/6 years with weight training!

Been getting back into running recently though and want to start going as often as possible, so thought it was time for a gait and a new pair of sneakers!
