For the next few months I'm going to be doing full body workouts, 3 times a week, lift to fail, anywhere from 4 - 12 reps, followed by a 45 minute to 1 hour run!
For the last year or so it was simply four workouts a week, working on a seperate muscle group each day and minimal cardio.

I am all upper body. Can't even attempt legs cos of long term thigh injury. Mainly weighted dips, weighted pull ups, bench, curls. If you don't do weighted dips, you should start doing them cos it's probably the best exercise you could do, in my opinion. Brilliant for chest, triceps and shoulders.
Yeah I remember you saying about weighted pull ups/dips!! My gym has a dipping belt which you can add weight to so I might have to try it.
Once a week i'll do 8 dips, 8 press ups, 7 dips, 7 press ups, 6 dips, 6 press ups etc all the way down to 1 of each with no rest at all between press ups/dips!! Then rest for about 2 minutes and complete it again. The pump is phenomenal!
That, pull ups and standard dips at the end of a session are just about the only bodyweight exercises I do!
Time to go to sleep I think.
Yeah drop sets and all that. Yeah upto 40kg on weighted dips with 6 reps and 25kg on pull ups 6 reps. I'm only wee and 11 stone so need the extra weight. upto 115kg on bench but that's only like 3 reps. Might need to do more endurance soon though.

Haven't seen you in a while.
Yeah work has been busy and I have spent a lot of time preparing for my holiday coming up. How have you all been?
I'm recovering from my chest infection, Alvin's getting meaner so his lungs must be better, Sagna's still missing, Digby's username keeps on growing and Barry is still a champion.
Where you going on holiday? Can I come?
I can see his username is getting longer. No recent milestones though Digby? Well it is good that you are both getting better then. My holiday is 2 months on the East Coast of Australia with 5 other friends should be good
