ive just been trying alot of stuff friends say when im at the gym when i ask people that go alot. but i didnt particularly like any of it. ill write that down for when i go tomorrow

Haha yeah, just keep trying different things and find out what works best for you.

For me personally, up until recently and when I was at my fittest I would never do more than 8 reps at anything. It's what I found best for balancing both size and definition.

the slendertone im getting will sort that out i tried one on and put it on a very high level. my abs died.

I use to use one of those when I was like 13 lol.

Nowadays I only do weights twice a week. Obviously thats hit and miss at the moment because of my injury though.

When my body was at it's best physically I'd go 4 times a week and diet everything was spot on. Prefer it this way though as being completely obsessed isn't worth it, can still look and feel good on 2 days if you know what you're doing.

It's like a belt Andy that you put on abs/biceps etc and it sends pulses into muscles that make them contract.

A lazy way to look good, but the results aren't that great to be fair.

it says 20 miinutes with it on is like doing 120 sit ups. so if i wore it for 2 hours a day, thats about 700 sit ups a day. they also have one for biceps/triceps now

No andy. I don't rate them at all.

Fair enough when I was like 13 I had a 6 pack lol but they are a complete waste of money.

im going to work out aswell and stuff. id just have it on when im relaxing at home just watching tele or anything. that little extra. it says it also helps with back pain which i have a very bad case of.

Nah, back then I'd do press ups, sit ups and dips every night everynight as well as long ditance running.

Had a six pack but i think that was because I had like 4% body fat and only weighed 6.5 stone up until I was 15 lol.

If you're working out at a high intensity 3 times a week and eating ok, you should have no problem blazing away the belly fat Ramsey. Save your money and just do a few body exercises after every work out to buildyour core.

i eat terribly. about 10 bags of crisp a day. kfc about 3 times a week atleast. i live on junk food but do alot of basketball and have a super duper high metabolism so im super skinny

Haha quick metabolisms are the greatest thing in the world. Annoying as hell when you try to put weight on though. You've gotta start eating right (or atleast better) if you really want decent results from the gym.

Andy, 2 months is plenty of time
