Sturrock being in League 2 proves my point.

They were already in League Two & he's got them to the top.

South,

Think he's at some non-league club as lower level coach. Someone on waccoe posted a link.

Cheers Sol.
I think Blackwell can be a good number two but when in full control he simply doesn't have a clue.

He has more of a clue than Grayson.

Are you suggesting that if Grayson leaves Leeds he will be out of full time employment GO?

I don't care either way.

People get jobs when they don't deserve them, and people don't get jobs when they do.

Blackwell did a better job at Leeds than Grayson.

His ratio isn't as good as Graysons though & Clarke, out 2nd worst manager of al time had a relegation on his CV, had a great squad & money to spend at the time.

I see where you're coming from in relation to Graysons bizarre decisons but he certainly isn't our worst manager of all time.

But Blackwell was operating at a higher level than Grayson.

I'm no Blackwell fan but he built a team from scratch that got to the play-off final.

Grayson inherited a good squad of players and couldn't even get into the play-offs with them.

Grayson plays rubbish football too.

I've said I was no Blackwell fan but whatever you thought of the football he was more successful.

Grayson's tactics are akin to throwing yourself under a bus!

Your first two paragraphs are absolute nonsense.

We played great football under McAllister and the players have it in them to play good football and that comes out at times.

Grayson actively discourages football being played and signs 'hoofball' players.

Living in a fantasy world where you believe everything is better than it is may not be a bad way to live your life, but it won't bring you ultimate success.

And moderate success may be good enough for many people, but Leeds United is not a person.

A successful Leeds United can add a lot of joy to people's moderate lives.
