I think you are possibly referring to West Ham participating in a corrupt bidding process, when among other things, they didn't declare one of their representatives had a close relationship with someone in the 'impartial' bidding process. A process which has now been proven to be corrupt, as West Ham have lost ownership of the OS, as it was the only way to bypass the legal complaints from Spurs.

Perhaps you mean the ethics of taking the stadium from Orient, when in location terms, is their area.

Enjoy being a laughing stock when you can't fill a third of the stadium. Enjoy the running track. Enjoy having to not play home games when there is an athletics event (check the news).

When the current owners bought our club, most West Ham fans were against these people with their links to the adult industry, and we still are. We have never sought to defend or justify it.
