Its been brushed under the carpet
Perhaps they've decided that they have more important issues to deal with.........................like tax evasion??
Charlie
Thats not the FA's concern as its our of their hands
The member of the public could have been any Tom, dickk or Harry and so that dnt enough basis to find someone guilty, Ferdinand didn't even realise at the time on the pitch, and this footage is inconclusive to show what he said and in what context. So JT will be fine, but Arry?
Don
Arrys in trouble.. real trouble!
I fear for the worst with the trail

IMO if the evidence was inconclusive Terry would have been cleared by now. Just because Ferdinand didn’t hear Terry at the time doesn’t mean Terry never said what he is alleged to have said.
It is evident that Terry did say what he is alleged to have said but the issue is in what context. As there was no prior exchange between the pair I cannot see any rational need for Terry to ‘confirm’ what he said in the first place.
Make of that what you will…
wouldnt it be typical typical typical typical spurs situation, for us to be flying in the league and then something as ridiculous as this happens and ruins the whole thing.
previous examples include lasagne situation at the pikeys.
you know what they say.. spurs will always find a way to eff it up.
I doubt the trial would be finalised untill after the league has finished!
He isn't back in court until Jan!
I have no idea when they verdict is due!

If he is subsequently found guilty then all involved will be totally discredited...Terry, Chelsea, The Police, The FA.

Would anyone notice though?
He'll get off anyway, I've heard all the talk and seen the 'vid' of the incident.
However, I've not heard mentioned what must be at least 10 microphones that TV companies also dot around the pitch.
Where's the audio? Surely that would confirm or deny an allegation rather than reliance on (not-an-exact-science) lip-reading.

i have been alive long enough to know that some people are untouchable. the england captain is one. this is being pushed under the carpet and eventually everyone will forget and thats that.
He wouldn't have been cleared already because every possible avenue has to be explored because of not only Anton ferdinand, but also due to this member of the public complaining to the police who are also investigating. And yes their was a prior exchange before the incident, most videos have been taken down so its hard to find the video to show you but anyway Terry had been elbowed twice by ferdinand literally seconds before, and then the two briefly squared and on the video it appeared to show Ferdinand making a comment with the word 'wife' involved. Also, this idea about not knowing the context makes the footage pretty inconclusive
If its any consolation, i would hate to see Arry go to prison, he is too much of a lovable character
And lets be honest Chronic, everybody would love to get one over JT, doubt he is untouchable, just not sufficient enough evidence

THudd, he has already been charged, hasn't he? So my understanding is that the trial will start in January (probably will last a week at the most) and then a verdict will be given. At least that is what I got from watching Law & Order but I suppose they might treat tax evaders and rapists a little differently in court
"I wonder why that is?"
Because far too many people on here actually believe what they read in the red-tops mate, that's why.

The John Terry thing i think is being delayed because the clammer for punishment is coming mainly from the press. As far as joe public are concerned they consider him guilty already. As much as i dislike the guy it's unfair on him to string him up if he's totally innocent. I think by waiting they're doing the right thing.
As for Redknapp, does anyone really know what's going on with the court case. The possible outcome is all rumour at this stage. No-one really knows. If it was widely believed to be a stone-wall guilty verdict then why the hell would he be pimping himself out for the England job so much. They wouldn't take him with a conviction. No chance. I think he'll get a slap on the wrist and told to even out his payments (as i'm sure he already has).

Sorry fridgeboy but that's not how the revenue works.
If it was just a question of repaying what you owe then don't you think everyone would have a go at hiding money from HMRC.
No , they come down hard, very hard!
I for one, hope he's done nothing wrong.
"but are we really to believe that they lie every time he does something unpalatable?"
I'm not saying they lie all the time but they do embellish the truth, what is JT supposed to have said to the American tourists following 9-11 ??
Someone wrote that he and a few othersw were laughing about the fact that most of the ones who leave their shores are 4xl in size and complain about not being able to buy clothes in Europe, so the group of lads JT was with told them to stop feeding their fat faces and even fatter kids with McDonalds, the fact it happened just after 9-11 news had broke allowed the press to condemn him for abusing them over the 9-11 issue.
that's just plain wrong
I know nothing of this kind of thing but i'm just going by Harry's current actions. If he's going down why would he audition for the England job so much?
Does anyone know anything about sentence if he is found guilty? If he is guilty then he defo won't get the England job but levy might stand by him. This could turn out to be great for us spurs fans.

What !!!
Having a convicted fraudster for a manager ???
Do you want to rethink that one mate

If the case is as Black & White () as you suggest then then why have the Police not concluded their investigation.
I am not saying Terry is guilty but he has been accused and a cloud hangs over him. Why is it taking so long.
