Team against Liverpool

If we have that team my nerves will go out the window.

Ramires Mikel and Lampard in midfield? Where is the creativity? I say we swap Mikel for Meireles.
Malouda?!? He has been awful played as a winger this season. Not bad in the midfield 3 but that is for another game. Sturridge in for me.

Torres is in better form than Anelka. I don't see why Anelka gets the nod in your line up tbh. I feel similar to United, this could be the game Torres regains scoring form ( minus the horrific miss ofcourse!)

Is this a wind up????

Team should be:

Cech
Ivanovic Alex Terry Cole
Ramires Meireles Lampard
Sturridge Torres Mata

Or

Cech
Ivanovic Luiz Terry Cole
Meireles Romeu Ramires/Lampard
Sturridge Drogba Mata

Either one of those teams I will be happy with.

If anyone of Anelkalouda start I will be furious.

Oh and Bosingwa featuring at RB or Mikel at DM is not an option

Malouda doesn't track back as well.

Besides, I thought you didn't want us to lose?

posted on 20/11/11

whats the point of having malouda to track back when it will be him giving the ball away anyway, he is so greedy.

Liverpool have little pace at CB so torres has to start and hopefully he will have a good game

Cech
Ivanovic Luiz Terry Cole
Ramires Miereles Lampard
Sturridge Torres Mata

even if torres plays poorly his movement is still generally good and we know the liverpool CBs will be wanting to stick near him so they can give him a good kicking like last year, Lampard will take advantage of all the space they leave

Capello. You have angered me with this team.

I'd go with chelseamf's team, if drogba is in form then he should play, but as usual, avb knows better

The one good thing about this article is you haven't included Bosingwa

posted on 20/11/11

AVB indeed knows better that's the reason Mikel will start if fit, and Bosingwa will likely return to the RB position because he has not played as for something now compare to Luiz who had played for Brasil on the internation break.
For Meireles, if he is indeed that good for a place, should be allow to fight for a place in his natural position rather than playing him in a make shift position, if he can prove himself he should displace either Ramirez or Lampard for their spot.

The team will likely be this
Cech
Bosingwa Ivan JT Cole

Ramirez Mikel Lampard

Danny Torres Mata

This is very much likely to be it. My thought

I wouldn't mind if Anelka starts ahead of Sturridge. A midfield of Ramires, Meireles and Lampard is tempting but may be too attackive.

Attack is the best form of defence

Sturridge has to start has he is the only forward player who is scoring,Anelka is dreadful he can come on as a sub but that's about it

posted on 20/11/11

*as he is the only forward

Attack is the best form of defence
----------------
And our defensive record is testimony to that.

We score more goals than Liverpool we get the 3 points simple as that

Fook the defence, attacking is the most important.

posted on 20/11/11

If we constantly press Liverpool like they did to us at Anfield causing us to make mistake last season they won't have a chance to get at our defence.
Midfield battle will be key

Carragher coming back for Liverpool is a huge boost for the scousers.

He leads by example and his presence will give Liverpool more fight.

This match will be a very hard fought draw

go all out to attack and later blame the coach for sticking with the highline

posted on 20/11/11

I am afraid, that torres will not take his chances again today, and it will cost us
