Funny but I've NEVER seen Kallis score a match winning ton but I have Ponting.
Stats can be very misleading.

Not really.
We've all seen Tendulkar, Lara, Ponting etc and the best way for us to judge is by our own eyes.
Ginger I am having the same argument with Neon in regards to Afridi when it comes to one dayers. He still thinks he's very average but I have given him stats, accolades, performances in the last 5 years which shows he is one of the best in the limited format but his blinkeredness is stopping him from being a true judge.
Yeah, Afridi is one of the best ODI players around, IMO.
Stats are great when comparing players to Bradman because that is one stat that says almost everything but when the stats whic are supplied are so close, your own judgement is what really counts.
