To be honest, Scholes is playing very well too. Glad we brought him back. With Fletcher injured and Morrison going we needed more options. Anderson is injured alot and isnt great. When Cleverley comes back and Jones too we will have strong options. Carrick looks a different player to last season, absolutely brilliant recently.

Carrick and Valencia have really stepped up their game when we've needed it tbh. Last few months, brilliant.

Scholes is just Scholes, he's the vital cog in midfield, keeps things ticking over. Anderson will have probably moved down the pecking order to Cleverly and Pogba I think.

I can see Anderson leaving within the next 18 months, he can be good, but i think he has been slightly mis managed, unlucky with injuries and too inconsistent when he as played.

Scholes still dominant 6 months after retiring, there really is nothing to say that hasnt already been said about him. Amazing.

You're right about Valencia too. When he broke his leg i feared that we wouldnt see him at his best again, but hes even better!

obviosuly dont know as much as you guys about united youth but whenever i saw him play against chelsea youth he was on the wing, looks a great prospect, we have been linked with him this year not that i see us needing him with mceachran chalobah romeu and piazon but he definitly has a big future

Only bright points last night was that Luiz was very good again, Essien made a big difference looks like he could do a great job in DM for us, Lukaku looked sharp when he came on. Much improved from what he was earlier in season. Massive future for him imo
