"The word most used was Desire."

Well, he is ex Man Utd.
Give him a couple of seasons on Sky Sports, and he would have worked up to "Superior" .

Nice post mate

The other thing about the work rate must be that they are a tad worried about losing their places with the quality of the guys on the bench.....all bodes well

I think Neville is doing a good job on Sky Sports, hopefully it provokes the BBC to move on and get some new pundits in, who wants to tune in on a Saturday night and watch Lawro and Hanson wither on with the same old jokes

But yes, big things for Spurs this season <fingerscrossed>

RDBD retract those claws

To be honest Gary Lineker is no better, i understand they cant say anything controversial, but its rather dull

This is a serious question, with all the effort and energy being put into winning these matches, do you worry that the players may run out of steam as we approach the turn of the year? A big advantage for you is that you have gone out of the CC & C5 Cup pretty early so won't have to worry about fixture congestion but on the other hand injuries must be a big worry to you as your squad players have shown that they are simply way off the pace in comparison to your best XI.

I would hope that these professional athletes could manage 90 minutes of running around at least twice a week

Neville is spot on.

club, Lennon and Defoe trying to recapture their form of 2009-10 in the runup to the Euros, KingStrikes me that a lot of the lads have a feeling that they have something to prove this season - Adebayor with the City issue, Parker proving that he can cut it at a big , Gallas and Friedel proving that they are still top class despite age and injuries, Modric after the Chelsea fall out and Walker staking a claim for the England Right Back job... Even Harrold wanting to go out with a bang in what is probably his last season as a Club manager...

If we get CL I'm sure Arry will stay

Any team could get injuries, and injuries to key players will affect every team...its impossible to speculate.

What is important is that we don't get lots of injuries to kep players all at the same time. We can cope with the occasional missing player.

We missed Modric the other day and won away at WBA. We have missed VDV on a number of occassions and kept winning. King too.

MOTD needs new pundits, Hansen is ridiculously boring. How in god's name they get paid so much for the rubbish they say? It is always defense was diabolical, defender X needs to be here to cover/track back. Or they were brilliant going forward etc. I am sure we all know and don't need a reminder.

They need to do better analysis!
