Depends Joe. It's difficult to judge by one result. Chelsea have had a good win if City go on their normal goal scoring thrashing spree afterwards. But if this is the start of a run of poor results for City then the win isn't so good. If Arsenal win at City next week and then City draw and then lose afterwards and get knocked out of the cup by Utd then Chelsea who some said were rubbish have had a fairly average sort of win against a team playing poorly. We'll just have to wait and see how the next few results pan out before we can judge.
Some are saying City were denied a penalty and some are saying that theirs was a dubious penalty etc etc. Apparently City have no full backs going into the Arsenal game so a banana skin possibility next week. Chelsea have Wigan well did we expect to lose to Stoke? I'm waiting a bit longer yet for the next City results before judging.

I think Stoke are a bit harder than Wigan to be fair

Don't just leave it there Chameleon, explain. Apparently City were poor in the second half and I said IF it's the start of a poor run of results for City. If it is then Chelsea's win has the shine knocked off it.
Chronic,Stoke had a run of bad form and we were expected to win it. Wigan I think are going into the match on the back of a win. Some say Chelsea were rubbish last night in the first half so who knows.
90mins = a football match
That explains nothing Chameleon. You've made doh signs but have not explained why. City failed to qualify for the last 16 in the CL and now this loss. SUPPOSE it is now the start of a run of poor form for them? Chelsea won by a penalty. Like I said to the OP if City go on their normal thrashing spree then Chelsea's win is a shining beacon. But if they start losing then Chelsea's win is not so hot. Well just have to wait and see. Now what's your objection to that?
Bitter about Chelsea
City played poorly
not Chelsea can't play well
Oh, and look at the table
Not at all bitter about Chelsea.
Chelsea were all over City in the second half.
Some say Chelsea played rubbish. Even Sam Lyon said that Chelsea were not that good in the first half. You've only given opinion. Utd could easily knock City out of the cup and I'm quietly confident Arsenal can get something. Your doh signs are rubbish.
Why is there a woman on this page, its about football.
Doesn't 606 have an ironing section
The table is swings and roundabouts, you above us and vice versa. let's just wait and see what City do next before you make an idiot of yourself with doh signs.

SANDSEND,this woman said that you'd go on a run of poor form after a defeat. The defeat came against QPR and poor form followed. I am not bitter at all. I'm merely waiting to see how City do in the next few matches to measure your win against them. Too intelligent for you that.
I said Defoe would play badly last season and he did and I didn't watch any of the games. i think Torres and Carroll are rubbish and I haven't seen them play. Everybody agrees that they are rubbish and they've seen them play but we share the same opinion. What do you agree with and what don't you?

I switched onto the highlights and I too think it was a dive. Spurs scored against Bolton in the 7th minute and then not again until the 60th or something. Well i don't have to go to the match to see that that wasn't very good. I can use my own initiative to decide that. When I read that Ade is missing sitters I don't need to see the match to form the opinion that he is too wasteful in front of goal.
More on Modric, when you are at a match and you see a player go down in the penalty area and you are watching the match from behind the other goal you can't tell me that you have a clear view of the incident being so far away from it can you?
