Semedo controls you.

The midfield belongs to Semedo........it doesn't matter who you have there cos it's his ball & you can't have it!

We won't need a midfield maestro...it'll be hoofball ..Mind you, credit where it's due to Elsie...he's stuck with 4-4-2...so far.

It's at times like this, during a mini crisis, that the men are sorted from the boys...someone needs to step up to the mark and show some of the potential the club has seen in them...

It's weird that he seems to be doing so well for you lot, all Wednesday fans seem to love him. He was awful last season against us for Charlton, completely bossed out of the game. Either he must have upped his game or he's just playing in a better team.

I have seen both Joey and Gorre have complete control over the owls, Both playing at the top of there games, Both looked awesome,,, Shame Clarky fell out with JG, It would be nice to know what their spat is about, Probably something petty. ,,,,,,,,

maybe owls fans just have lower expectations than us?

He can't have been that bad in general for Charlton, given as he was their player of the year last year:

Beat me to it Robster. You'll see for yourselves on satdi lads

Not saying he wasn't good for them at all, just that he was non-existent when we beat them at their place last season. Joey G ( that man again who can't even make the bench this season ) had him in his pocket the whole match!

The only thing that's a 'cert'

If we don't know who the fork will be playing, with who, & how,
neither will the windy wendies

5000 invaders, last week completely forgotten,
Should be a cracker !

LC will go with JG, McD & Arfield.

ah yes tommy miller your ex captain... he will be playing saturday its a definate. he will be given the nod to play against his former club.

posted on 16/12/11

Tez, he's a decent player as long as there's somebody next to him to do the hard work.

Tommy Miller has done nothing to excite me since arriving at Town, I hardly ever even notice he's on the pitch, and not in a Damien Johnson good way.

But still, I'd rather have him than David Prutton in the middle of the park.

Morning Santa Mike - I trust you are well?

I'm rather hoping for a 0-0, but perhaps that's a wish too far.

miller does the simple things he collects the ball and distributes it to feet. u only dont notice him cos hes not running at goal at 100mph. he will defo play against his former club and theres only gobern who can really do the holding and breaking up play job so i expect them 2 to start on saturday. what do u think cassy mate?

Chunders, my dear chap, I don't think it will be a 0-0 but then again I am pathetic at predicting football results as the state of my account at Bill Hill's will testify!

Can a tempt you to a crafty Algerian Shiraz?

Tez, I can appreciate DJ doing the simple things and going unnoticed, but I just don't see that in Miller. Credit where it's due he will always show for the ball, but he doesn't do enough in games for me, they tend to pass him by.

Is Gobern 100% fit now? I'd play Mcdermott on the right with Arfield in the middle and keep them rotating to offer something different that could unlock their defence and keep Semedo on his toes.
