And what really on top of all this that really annoys me the most.. Suarez as done absoulty nothing wrong since he came to this country. Its been the morons who have tried to drown him out.. Sure he goes down to easy. But my goodness me it happens with alot of footballers.. Its pure jealously of his quality of a footballer thats the issue here...
Its an absolute joke that Luis Suarez will be tainted a racist on nothing but hear-say..

You are pre-judging the Terry thing.

because it was a public complaint, it is a public matter and therefore dealt with by the Police and Courts. Suarez was a FA thing and they have rightly appointed an independent panel.

Trouble witht the JT case is that if the Police find no racism case, then it maybe hard for FA to bring a case based on racism.

However, the FA could still charge him for using abusive language (the N word etc) even if it has not been proved he was calling someone the N-word. Not sure what the ban is for foul and abusive language, probably 2 or 3 games.

LMAO at the OP

The victim mentality returns with a vengeance, hilarious stuff.

He's been found guilty, he's committed the crime, now he must do the time, get over it.

Some of the excuses around his actions by RS fans are truly embarrassing btw.

Which LFC and queen jenny(see how name calling can be reversed) could have challenged this if they weren't happy but decided against it, so no need to bring it up

How then, if the FA deemed Terry's alleged use of the 'N' word as foul and abusive language and would warrant in your opinion a 2-3 game ban, did Suarez receive an 8 match ban

I might be jumping to conclusions a bit on Terry, but we shall see. But there is now a player tarred with the racist brush when the FA report and Evra have said they don't believe Luis is a racist.

It's the length of the ban that suggests racism in my view. Terry was abusive to Ferdinand and arguably Suarez was abusive to Evra, but no more than that. I think a reduced ban would be a fair decision.

Let's just hope the matter can rest soon and we can all get back to talking about football again.

You seem to be asking for links to prove things, can you prove to us that Suarez said nothing????

I await your links

If you want to move this debate into one about supporters behaviour, then you lose soft lad.......

Poor little RS getting picked on by those nasty men at the FA, just because he called another player a N******, 10 times during a game....what's the world coming to eh?

For shame

I don' think you have to be a proven racist to use racist language.

Deep down Suarez may have no issues at all with black people....but becuase he knew he was getting a reaction from Evra (which could lead to Evra losing his rag, hitting out, sent off etc) he used this term to wind him up.

Just because I may refer to a ginger blokes hair colour to wind him up, does not mean I hate all gingers.

Fans will tar him with the racist brush because that is because most fans are pretty simple. Its like RVP, accused of rape, cleared of rape, called a rapist by fans.

Suarez will just have to get his head down and get on with playing football, which is probably the sort of advice LFC/Kenny should have been giving him from day 1....instead there are numerous accusations of diving, doing the Vs and racial abuse.

Personally i think the club have let him down, blindly defending him and seemingly not guiding him. if they have he has chosen to ignore their advice and fans might just have to admit that he's a bad egg, like El Hadj Diouf

So now it's the countries fault

They gave him an 8 game ban for using a word that he clearly would have known was dodgy within 10 months of being here. It's not like they put him in a Jail and cut off his tongue.

if i was on the panel,or some kind of jury
i would of looked at the footage the only evidence
it shows evra instigating and pursuing suarez in a debate that suarez with palms turned upwards ,and shrugging shoulders- clearly, wants nothing to do with
evra has admitted calling suarez a" south american"which is probably an insult in france ,anything that isnt french is an insult in france
suarez has replied, naturally, with an insult in return that i think he has guaged to be of equal measure, and from the evidence i think it was a mild insult of no real intent ,noone else gave any evidence
evra has decided that he can get suarez into a lot of trouble and that is whats happened
i find the defendant suarez -not guilty of racism
he is an outstanding player and the comments of most 606ers are complete biased rubbish
if you want your club to succeed do not rely on others getting stitched up for your benefit, its down to your own players to proove thier worth

Taggart, what you have done is prove beyond doubt that Everton are a club that stand agaisnt racism. Our own fans reported racist abuse and the offender was rightly banned, just as Suarez has been.

Also in your rush to be bitter towards Everton, were any charges made against the club or bans imposed?

Also these allegations coming from a fan of a club that was placed in the global hub of the slave trade is a little ironic, dont you think?
