Sounds more like scouse logic but not sure the good people of maidenhead really care
Using United logic aren't you techincally first, because of the 'worst refereeing performance in the history of football anywhere ever' against Newky last month?

Aren't you a typically stupid and deranged ABU?
Stupid question. Of course you are.
Cut me deep there fella. Throwing verbal daggers all over the place.
5 points and 15 goals ahead becomes 0 points and 5 goals ahead in the blink of an eye.
and that's before squeaky bum time has even arrived which is when united really get into their stride.

Does the fact that we've been playing the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal whilst you've been playing the relegation favourites make this more or less inevitable?
When you're playing at Stamford Bridge, White Hart Lane or other tough places whilst we're entertaing the likes of Blackburn and Bolton at home it will see-saw back in our favour.
You're only playing the same teams now we played earlier in the season
United can be considered joint first but they cannot be top.

If it ended tomorrow City would have won. Nobody sensible uses this logic
glad we agree , you where 3rd last year :o)
let's see where we are in may .
great atmosphere at the ground today , loved the surez chant .
excuse me Boris but the points you dropped today were against West Brom, not Chelsea or Arsenal. Sunderland if anything is a more difficult game.
You haven't caught us up solely on todays' results.
no but we played arsenal and chelsea months ago and won both. By the midway point of the season (which is next weekend) everybody has played every other team once.
United are the absolute masters of the run in when the fixtures come thick and fast and every game is a must win. We have reeled City win, despite their great first half of the season performance they have failed to pull ahead by a single point. Be afraid, be very afraid.
No we caught up because you've lost or drawn with teams we beat
take out the freak derby result and we would be 3 points clear with 5 better goal difference than City. so any lead they have at all is down to that game and that game alone.

a one off freak result like when Liverpool beat us 4-1 at Old Trafford, who won the league that year I wonder ?
well, we have both played the same number of games to date. And we are both level on points. What happened to us today will also happen to United somewhere along in the season. So, lets leave all the bragging till May.
you may hope that, but I think City have blown their chance and United will march on to the title because they almost always do.
The only freak game United have been involved in this season was when they played Arsenal.
that was also a freak but a game United normally win anyway
