I will create a brand new thread just for you.

To suggest that people who want Coyle to stay do not have the best interests of the club at heart is both foolish and insulting.

And missing the point of a comment is very frustrating....

You already have today... Just put your point on that one... You clearly haven't yet...

It's not just Coyle.

The rot goes as far back as Coyle's insistence of bringing the whole of the Burnley back room team with him and offing all we had from the previous couple of regimes.

Our goalkeeping coach only got asked back because Jussi threatened to walk and now we have 3, one for each keeper.

Nobody can tell me that the Burnley scouts are better than we had, better coaches and better physios & fitness staff.

Slowly but surely, their limitations are being exposed as an effective team because Coyle thought the Burnley way was better and didn't consider that their lack of P'ship experience would matter.

Surely Gartside knew who Coyle would be bringing with him when he appointed him ?

Laughing and bricks you are completely right in what you say. How can now notbe the eight time to change when it was right to replace megson with coyle atthe same time???? Your not making sense cef. The argument you have is that whatever laughing says is wrong and you will stock your fingers in your ears chanting Owen coyle insulting laughing and others whilst the real issue the football just falls apart on the pitch.

As a game I challenge people to name a first 11 defence in TE PL this year that is worse than ours..

From viewing other teams this year there hasn't been an obvious challenger :s

A worse organised defence than ours? A worse motivated set of defenders than ours? A worse prepared set of 11 players than ours?

No .. you're right .... there aren't any - not by a long way ...

Coyle can't even get the basics right, it's nothing to do with money or players.

Coyle out!

Holden coyle has signed some of these so therefore he has weakened the squad.

He didnt sign Knight, Robbo, Steinsson who have been the majority of the individual errors.

We couldnt keep clean sheets with these players in their 'peak' years, they obviously are not going to get them now.

OC's had 2 years to change Knight, Robbo & Steinsson.

As they're still there, it doesn't matter who signed 'em ... they are his players now.

Coyle doesn't sell plyers tho'.

According to him, he has the smallest squad on the planet.

He has since signed Alonso, Mears and Wheater to replace them. Two are injured, and the other is much better but clumsy and rather than give goals away like Knight, gets himself sent off.

They may be his players, but that doesnt stop them from being poor players does it?

You cannot polish a poo!

He signed Wheater when he thought Cahill was leaving; if Cahill had left when expected, he would have played Wheater and Knight as first choice CB's. Alonso was a buy for the the longer term - that's why, even when he was fit, he couldn't get into the first team; He was unlucky with Mears, but only time will tell if he's any better than what we've already got.

K, R & S aren't world beaters, we know ... but if you're only gettin' 85-90% out of 'em, thru' poor organisation/ tactics/training methods and an inability to motivate players sufficiently to the best of their abilities, they'll perform worse than they really are.

Without adequate leadership, it's difficult for any player to play a full and consistent part; There are some managers out there not only polishin' poo ..they're sendin' out every week absolutely gleaming!!
