I really like Arsenal, it's a magnificent club.
The lack of respect people show to Arsene Wenger is disgusting.
The ***** who wrote that article probably thinks Grayson is a genius while saying those things about Wenger.
Quote from Whites Fan Man in the Arsenal programme last year which sum up my views perfectly:
"I have always looked upon Arsenal as my favourite of the big clubs. Maybe thats because it is a no brainer. We don't Man U for obvious reasons, or Chelsea. I'm not the biggest fan of our scouse cousins and i don't do Tottenham either."

Isn't this a retaliation to the Arsenal fan who wrote an article expressing his dislike for Leeds United?
Tottenham aren't a big club.
So some clown decides to write a load of tosh, and then a load of clowns retaliate.Surely they should wee it for what its worth. On the basis of what replies it got, do we see all Arsenal fans as the same...(I think not).

I meant see,Tommy, but wee probably sounds better anyway.
Tottenham aren't a big club.

Sadly they are bigger than us right now
I don't hate Arsenal, every time we play them at Wembley in something important like the FA or League Cup we beat them!!
Which is nice.
The article is funny, but if we are being serious, Wenger has done a great job, over many years they have been special to watch, and one of the few teams that stop me turning off MOTD out of boredom and disinterest. I suspect the board are running the club well, too, but thats not something I have really looked at much.
Fascinating about Herbert Chapman .. I never knew that!
I like Arsenal .. there, I've said it
I used to hate them, especially as they would always get as much time added on by the ref, and as many free-kicks, as necessary for them to win! A classic which my father-in-law still speaks of was vs Charlton, FA Cup, 1950s .. approximately 10 minutes of injury time were played so that Arsenal could equalise and get their Highbury replay! Eric's right in that we always beat them in Wembley finals , but season after season we always seemed to get them in the quarters or semis, which would always go to at least two replays and be settled in injury time by a controversial free-kick in Arsenal's favour
But the Arsenal fans I've met personally have always seemed decent chaps and chapesses, ( my daughter is now living with one ) and let's face it, they have played some sublime footie in recent seasons!
Agree with 2020, I believe Wenger to be the best manager in the PL, has been for years, notwithstanding the Scot who has won many trophies but with loads more resources.
The article is supposed to be funny, Eric have a word with your lot (such drearies) please.

It's your thread, I suggest you police it.
I happen to agree re Wenger, plucked from relative obscurity by a board, allowed to get on with it and build a team, then achieve success, a bit like Shankly, Revie, Ferguson etc.
"It's your thread, I suggest you police it."
Nah, you are much better about being a policeman.
Eric,
"I happen to agree re Wenger, plucked from relative obscurity by a board, allowed to get on with it and build a team, then achieve success, a bit like Shankly, Revie, Ferguson etc."
We could do the same, I heard there was a guy who took Blackpool from L1 to Championship, and has done the same for another club. If he was available....
I heard there was a guy who was a gormless idiot who subject fans of a great club to terrible players, football and results.
