I would love to manage Leeds United.

Taking over on Jan 1st I would tell the fans that promotion is out of the question this season, whilst challenging the players to prove me wrong. I would not buy anyone in January but would make do. I would not expect anything.

I would bimble towards the summer by watching club football from Prem to 1st Division, Scottish Premier and Irish League. I would then (whatever happens because I believe we'd still be here) gooner the majority of our squad in a swift and ruthless fashion.

I would retain

Lonergan, Lees, White, Snodgrass, Howson and the youth team players (as long as they have performed to their potential)

I would then go out and acquire the 22 of the 30 players I will have already identified as being suitable for our club by watching the other teams

All would be under 26, all would be British or Irish. None would be loan players.

I would then say to the fans as from next season we are going for promotion within three years.

They would then be unleashed on an the Championship with the orders 'Go and express yourselves!'.

If all went to plan, I would improve the squad each year.

What would be your policies of ethics and morals in the club?
