No it's not. No ones saying it is, but if suarez didn't report it what exactly can they do?
Also seeing as the report found he used the words "Negro" and "negros" in an offensive way seven times. They used Linguistic experts for a reason, liverpool have no leg to stand on over this anymore. Your club has been made to just look stupid with the way it's handeled it, that t-shirt stunt was pathetic. You need to accept suarez made a mistake, he made several racist remarks and he should be punished.

The report didn't find he said the word several times, if you read it, they say he probably did, based on what Evra had told them. And the big thing here is EVEN if he did saying the word 1000 times, it still isn't a racist word. Why can't people understand that?

Why can't people also understand that the offence Evra thought had occurred was that Suarez called him a n*g**r. This was the accusation levelled at Suarez. It was then, somehow discovered, that he'd got it wrong. So why hasn't this been taken into account?
I'm sorry but the way this case has been run and the evidence given, shows that it has been a shambles of high proportions and if you think any fan who is in defence of Saurez and more importantly is going to just accept it and move on, based on those ridiculous findings, going on the word of one man, who they claim they proved misheard the word and they claim they proved, gave unreliable and exagerrated evidence, then you my friend and naive and most definitely wrong!

but thats what he has been charged for, thats one example of how they said he used the word. He has no leg to stand on and he will have an 8 match ban or more if you liverpool are stupid enough to appeal (which i dont think they are). You should all stop with your blind faith though. The panel was then told that both Kuyt in Dutch & Comolli in Spanish must have misunderstood Suarez, this is the unreliable statements that have been referred to, why can't you accept this?

I can accept it. But people can't be charged because that's probably what happened, especially in a case so important. I can't accept it because Suarez has been branded a racist, where the panel have claimed he isn't, based on no evidence and just 'probably'.

I'm not sure what the process is but as far as I'm aware, Liverpool can't appeal to the FA for the ban to be lifted but can only appeal for it to be shortened. However they could appeal to a higher body, who might conduct the trial in a proper fashion and not go by the say of one man and convict somebody because they probably did it.
In my opinion if we were to appeal to the FA, the ban would stand. They have shown that all they need is probably, so what can change?
If it went to a proper court, then it would be thrown out and Suarez would have the ban dropped.

Yes, which makes me think they shouldn't goto the FA. After this trial, they have proved they can't run a proper trial and can find somebody guilty because they probably did it. So this would be a big risk. The club should bring it to a real court.
