Optimism
There is still a long way to go this season, and i think it would be nearly impossible to replicate our form from our first 19 games, but IF we can bring in just a couple of players who can make a difference, a top 3 spot is certainly there for the taking
Yes I maybe a little over optimistic but if we cannot be now we can never be.
Ah so you lot are coming round to the Glass half full brigade
I dont think you have been over optimistic at all, especially with the situation we find ourselves in!
If Liverpool, Arsenal or chelsea were in your position they would be talking about getting the title so why not mate! While I'm not convinced you will get it you certainly are in the position to do so
If we draw against Everton well then it's got to be a Harry out surely?
Like most Spurs fans I don't think we'll win it but we are getting a tremedous run for our money.
What I find astonishing is when supporters of other clubs (mainly pool) say "if Spurs win it we will never hear the end of it". Of course you won't!! We would have done it with a 36k capacity and no sugar daddy. Any right thinking football fan would agree that it would be an achievement well worth shouting from the roof tops.
Everton game is massive, cmon you Spurs make me even prouder than I am already.
Oh God, as if i was not anxious enough over the Everton game
I watched Everton a couple of nights back and they were awful .....They will park the bus so we'll just have to bide our time . be patient and we'll come through
Can you imagine the stress of games if we are still in the hunt with 4 or 5 games to go, dunno if the heart will take that and im only 32.
Squid - They may park the buss, but we need to get through it and at the moment we look tired and out of ideas at times
King of Kings - Thats similar to the season we got 4th place, we needed to win against Arsenal and Chelsea and then at Man City...THE STRESS
It would be an incredible achievement if we did win it. I would especially love it because it would be a great big two fingered salute to the likes of Chelsea who tap up our players and Man City who simply buy success
Optimistically I think we have a chance. But I would be extremely happy with 2nd, 3rd or 4th
On a more negative note its just been announced henry has signed for Arsenal again. You just know he'll score against us when we play them
Also hypothetical scenario we actually play Fulham at home last day of the season, do you think if we needed to win that game to win the title and Fulham were in 10th place with a win or loss doing nothing to change that, would Martin Jol put out a weaker team or be happy for us to win. If his Fulham team cost us the title I don’t see many Spurs fans still being fond of Jol.

Jol hates Levy though and would love to destroy him.
Yeah he does hate him but I love martin jol and he loves me.....lol
Big MJ
It would be typical of us if we go into the Fulham game needing to win, nothing is ever easy is it
Would be fitting for BMJ to be there as he was the one who was there at the beginning like Pete Best of the Beatles or those kids who invented facebook before Mark Zuckerberg...
