Who'd accept a punishment when he was sure he was innocent and had the option to fight to clear his name?

What if everyone is telling you to accept the punishment and move on and you know the punishment ment would have little impact?
You know you risk prolonging the issue if you fight to clear your and there are guarantees it'd be successful?

I'm sure most of you United fans didn't expect Suarez to be found guilty when the allegations was made.

When it first happened most of our fans probably thought the FA would try and brush it under the carpet. I did.
But then Suarez had to open his mouth. From then on pretty much all of us expected him to be found guilty. especially once the FA charged him.
I didn't expect the ban to be so long though.

Suarez HAS been charged. There is NO case AGAINST Evra.
