Deja Vu is the ferry one, is an awesome film, only a 7.3 rating on IMDB. Got to be honest I don't really watch many romance films but wristcutters does sound interesting...

Falling down is funny, some of the acting is atrocious.

Anyone here watch bollywood films?

I have watched the hannibal films and they were good but I never found them as brilliant as most people did, worth a watch but nowhere near my top films.

----

i'm with you on this. they're good thrillers with a few jumpy scenes but not up there with my favourites.

I did enjoy lucky number sleven and for some reason reminded me of smoking aces.

------

i'd say lucky number sleven is a lot smarter than smokin aces, and doesn't rely as heavily on guns, sexuality and violence as smokin aces. both good films though.

another denzel classic is training day!

Falling down has a great sounding story, will have to write that down somewhere. May have seen Ronin it does sound familiar.

==================================
It's got De niro, Jean reno, Jonathon Pryce and Sean Bean, set in France with the best car chase you'll see.

Robin I watched a really good one once (no bloody singing and dancing in the middle of a serious scene though thank god)

Some woman meets some man and has a thing with him then agrees to put up his friend for an hour or so. Something goes down and she ends up in trouble for it, basically a revenge movie, quite enjoyed that.

Depends what mood I am in gunners, I don't always want more guts and less brains but somtimes I do prefer the in your face stuff. Planet terror anyone...

Did think about mentioning Training day but it isn't one I can go back and watch again, first time through it is pretty good though.

Last samurai is probably one of my favourite movies that isn't too popular. Love the setting (Japan and samurai, the whole honour thing does it for me as well) love the cheesiness, it isn't too ott but almost in independence day style of the little guy fighting the bigger opponent and the emotional speech from the leader.

Not for everyone but if your into those kind of films..

not in any way really. tom cruise doesn't cut it for me as a martial artist sword wielding hero.

no don't think so. i think the one i am thinking of is a bit older.

i was just thinking of how graphic and disturbing one particular scene in law abiding citizen is.
