Air freshener man in se7en.....cough, cough...........nearly jumped out of my skin at that bit.

Yes you can, it's the true story of henry lee lucas, one of americas most notorious serial killers.

Is there a lot of jumpy moments? If there is I might save it for tomorrow when it's not dark

posted on 14/2/12

That ones definitely the jumpiest.

Just watched the first part 25 minutes or so of safe house, the new Denzel film, the copy started skipping scenes after that. Looks pretty good so far, anything with Denzel is usually pretty good.

Someone has not seen Se7en ?! Blasphemy!

I watched that "book of eli" on Kamran's recommendation, was quite good, with a twist, i like a film with a twist.

Not seen it yet.

yeah Captain, watch The Road

It's like The Book Of Eli, but more depressing and realistic!

Good, i like depressingly realistic films.

I have seen both, I think...

*checking IMDB*

Yeah both good films although don't think book of eli was among his best work.

Man on fire, John Q, American gangster and I am probably missing another really great one...

Everyone here is seen Swordfish right ? just sprung to mind.

7-T-B, was it Inside man?

posted on 14/2/12

Inside Man was fantastic

I'm guessing everyone here has seen Silence Of The Lambs, Hannibal, Red Dragon etc?

posted on 14/2/12

Yes and the best of the lot was "Manhunter" michael mann's cinematography and soundtrack's are second to none.

Deja Vu is the one I am thinking off, quality film!

Has a quite low score on IMDB for some reason though. May have to watch Inside man, might have seen it but can't remember it.

If you haven't watch Swordfish the watch it, it is right up there with Travolta's other best work Face off.

Deja vu, is that the one about the ferry bombing, if it is, it's a good watch.

posted on 14/2/12

i'm sure i've seen swordfish. has nobody seen lucky number slevin then?

also, there's a film called wristcutter: a love story which was strange but pretty good. anyone seen that?

posted on 14/2/12

I have watched the hannibal films and they were good but I never found them as brilliant as most people did, worth a watch but nowhere near my top films.

I did enjoy lucky number sleven and for some reason reminded me of smoking aces.

Several groups of assassins are sent after one high value target and a lot of action and killing goes down.

You seen Ronin 7-T-B ?

posted on 14/2/12

Dog Day Afternoon and Falling Down are absolutely brilliant films.
