Haven't seen the remake but John Lithgow's transformation in character as he learned to accept dancing out of love tugged at my heartstrings like no film I'd see until Backdraft.
Jeez, every now and again still i wonder how it's no longer the early 90s.
film suggestions please, I'm bored to tears!
anything quite recent will do.
if you like surreal and weird
http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0101700/
watch Ted, it's hilarious
Seen it 8bit.
Anyone seen Into The Wild? Is it any good?
Yeah, Kam Into The Wild is really good. Definitely worth a watch.
Cheers Lexy, I'll be watching that soon then!
there's a film debate on the spurs board lads
Going to watch the LOTR trilogy again.
^^ oooof, that's a mission. All in one day?
Most probably not. Arsenal game's on in a bit. Definitely the first one anyway. You seen them?
Yep. Watched them for the first time only a few months ago. They were strange, but decent.
Anyone who's read the books and liked them thinks the films are great.. Way too long though.
My mates literally jizzes off LOTR. But I think it's ok only seen last one.
I need to watch Argo that looks quality
Anyone seen Hitler: The Rise of Evil?
Caught it on CBS on Sky last night, drowning my sorrows after the game. Thought it was really good.
Hitler 2: A Jew Adventure is better.
Troy anyone?
imo the problem with that is that the minor characters are so much more interesting and better acted than the major ones
still very watchable though

Agree Forza.
That plot mishap was Troy's Achilles Heel.
That and Achilles' actual heel.
Anybody seen The Imposter? Basically a documentary of sorts about a strange case where a 13 year-old boy goes missing in San Antonio, Texas, and someone answering his name is found 3 years later in a phone booth in Spain. Enter a young Frenchman with a troubled past.
True and mind-blowing.
It leaves out the whole reason for the war....the gods meddling in human affairs.

Tough week.
Need to lighten my mood, so I'm going to watch Kill List.
After yesterday's news I decided against Kill List and watched an old Woody Allen movie, Small Time Crooks.
Avoid.
For a good woodie allen movie, check out Hannah's Sisters
