No, it's like the term "he's a little bit rapey". Not full blown nastiness, just a tad.
I'd love to see a jury come out and declare someone 'a little bit guilty'.
I read it ages ago about the FA rules.
The judge will take Tottenham in to account with Harry and how convicting him would effect everything and so on.
If he can be punished without it having a big knock on effect that will happen, hence most likely a hefty fine and a 12 month suspended sentence.

Mark:
Welcome to this live coverage of the Harry Redknapp / Milan Mandaric tax evasion trial at Southwark Crown Court
14:06
Mark:
I'm Mark Acheson, deputy editor of The News and during the afternoon we shall be updating as often as possible from within the court as the prosecution opens its case.
14:08
Mark:
Our court reporter Gareth Bethell is one of the many journalists in court for the hearing
14:11
Mark:
He has spent most of the morning listening to legal submissions made before the jury was sworn in.
14:12
Mark:
We were expecting proceedings to start at 2pm but Gareth has just been in touch to say there is another delay - hopefully not for long.
14:14
Mark:
The jury was selected this morning and John Black QC will now outline the crown's case.
Before the jury was sworn in Judge Anthony Leonard QC asked them if they had any strong feelings for or against a particular football club or either of the defendants.
14:17
Mark:
Harry Redknapp is accused of two counts of cheating the public revenue between 2002 and 2007 when he was manager of Pompey.
.
Former Pompey chairman Mandaric faces the same charges.
Both men plead not guilty.
14:18
Mark:
Both men are on bail. The bail conditions mean they must arrive at court each day 45 minutes before the case is due to start and cannot leave for 45 minutes until after the jury has gone.
They must also remain in the court building during the lunch adjournment.
