Seriously speaking, what's the worst / most likely outcome for 'arry
Worst : custodial.
Likely : full barrage of non custodial penalties.
Replays scheduled depending on future IR fishing trips.

To get a dog with a middle name, surname & NI Number.
Cyclops..........................Of course Arry being the decent upstanding bloke that he is who doesn't put up with such appalling behaviour towards a fellow pro immediately sacked John Hartson for kicking a team mate in the face deliberately in training whilst he was WHU manager in 1998!!!!!!!! He did, didn't he????........... after all, he may be a tax dodging crook, but he's not a hypocrite, are you Arry?

Actually, Harry fined & dropped Hartson. Eyal Bergovic was also disciplined for striking Hartson which is why Hartson retaliated.
By the way Cyclops.............................Managers do not have it in their remit to sack a player. The player can only be sacked by the Board.

Absolutely ridiculous comment.
If he found guilty then PL rules prevent him from managing a football team?
Hi there Boo - you would think 'Arry would keep his trap shut - gobbin' off to the media all the time - particularly with the spotlight on him and his shady dealings. LOL
MafiaBoy,
No. Neither would it stop any player playing in the PL (Joey Barton) or even in the football league (Lee Hughes).
Just because you have broken the law, wouldn't mean you cant be employed within your "trade". Just like a plumber wouldn't be stopped fixing toilets or an electrician wiring up a plug.
Chicken,
Would Spurs happy to continue manage if he gets punished i.e. suspended sentence?
MafiaBoy
I cant see why not.
You do know that a suspended sentence basically means he walks free, dont you?
I dont think it will be difficult for Harry to avoid tax evasion over a period of 2 years (or whataver it is).
Levy wont care beacuse it happened before his appointment, so its alllllllll good to be honest.
And the FA are unlikley to touch him whilst he's on the SS.
Do you accept him as your manager even after convicting for tax fraud?
Thanks for clearing my question.. good luck with that.
Ah, is the greysmear not familiar with the fact that conviction in a matter completely unrelated to your day job, doesn't result in ostracism from your industry. <diddums-> .
VERY unlikely a custodial will occur THIS TIME.
But the IR will go on fishing trips now on lake Arry, so it better be a one off ...
Ha ha Demented would like to see a convicted person in-charge of his sillywhites club..
MafiaBoy
Shall we just see what happens at the trial first?
