I know!
He used to be my favorite player. He was such a deadly finisher!
I miss him so much
Martin Taylor... what a
he would have had a great career at arsenal if it wasn't for that fat
I still don't get why we sold him, only to replace him with Park and Chamakh. Even in his weakened form he was better than those two. We should have just loaned him out for 6 months/ 1 year. After all, Wenger still persists with much bigger problems such as Diaby.

This is an Eduardo love in, take your whiny Celticness elsewhere.

He was awesome, I don't think he has what it takes now but I enjoyed his short career for us.
There was nothing wrong with my second comment.
Eduardo was decent
That's better
Eduardo is one of the most lovely guys in the sport. And one of the bravest. With regards to what happened with Celtic, when you watch it again he fell over. He didn't dive. He lost his footing. Happens when you get premonitions of ankles hanging off.
He defo dived but his form running up to that brum game was great if i remember well? Shame
How are people still talking about that dive, still can't understand why it had so much attention.

This video sums up his Arsenal career so well. The hope, the class, the joy and then...you know. But then it shows his recovery, how he lost his magic touch, but when he scored that first goal again, I cheered. Just watching it, it was like watching the goal in real time.
Dudu has so much emotion tied up in him, it's astonishing.
Eduardo Dasliva was the closest stiker to romario I'd seen. He knew how to finish and was always calm in front of goal.
It's a travesty that mcLIEsh and his hatchet man tailor got away with a public assault and destroyed that mans career
To this day I'm convinced we would have won the league that year and he has never been replaced.
That goal against burnley, will always remember that one!
he also scored a screamer in the league cup against sheffield utd(?)
I want him back now. Maybe I'm getting overly sentimental but I just want to see him score again and be great again.
He couldn't play in a 4-3-3 so had to go.
Could you imagine RVP and the Dudu of old together? It would be incredible. Worth changing a formation for.
too late for that my friend. eduardo's time in england is gone.
the the FA should hang their heads in shame for allowing that clogger to get away scott free with that butchery!!
they could have intervened and even uefa left him out to dry with that absurd "diving" charge.
the football authorities wanted to cover up what happened that day to preserve the "image" of the game and they sacrificed Eduardo to do that.
he deserved more as a footballer and a person
Wenger got rid of him because he saw more potential in Vela. At the time I did too. But he was another false dawn and like a list of forwards we have at the club (Walcott, Arshavin, Park, Chamakh, Rosicky) can not play in this current formation.
Tbh I really think the fella that broke Eddy did it completely by accident. I wouldn't call him a butcher at all.
I believe wenger got rid of him because he asked to leave and wenger has a concscience.
We have only had a couple of genuine strikers in the last 15years and Eduardo was one of them (wrighty the other).....wenger knew this hence his anger at the butchers that day

One of the best moments at the Emirates. Truly special.

that would be an accident as well.......it would be a preventable one though.
tailor was psyched up by mcLIEsh that day and failed to control himself and in the process destroyed another mans career....butchery in my book!!
