stick this season but gradually bring fryers into it

i think its a catch 22 situation.

the problem you have is if we drop evra we very may well lose a lot of our attacking options as a lot of attacking play goes through patrice and whoever plays on the left.

The never gets injured so we don't know how good we are without him

I think ease Fabio and Fryers more into the line-up next season, see how they do and if there ends up competition in fighting for a place we might see the Evra of 2007-09 again.

The only solution to keeping the attack coming from the left wing, and maintaining a strong defensive duty at the same time is playing Fabio at LB and Evra at LM. However, Fabio is always injured, and can never seem to last without getting injured.

Like Captain Ruiney said and how I pointed out in an article when we were having the injury crisis, Evra never gets injured. He plays 48 games average a season, and it just shows how important he is to the team, and I'm sure everyone has been banging on about consistency in the team.

evra is pretty remarkable, hasnt he played consistently more than anyone else for the last 5 or so years?

As Mr. Warpole said, "Let sleeping dogs lie."

At end of season replace with LB around the age of 25 who is in his prime.

Evra switches off way to much defensively these days and has always been horrendous crosser.

He's been a great servant he has got far too complacent.

Evra has always been a top full back.
Going forward he's been fantastic.
Trouble is, he's a horrible lying b*****d.
