what about Rafa
------------------------
No ffs don't go there, Rafa won the CL with Houlliers side & Jesus on the subs bench in Istanbul. He then spent a fortune taking the RS nowhere.
He's also rotund & a bit of a top hat.
Rafa. Who turned the CL holders into Bale folklore.
We don't want guarantees of 4th. Our football will decide that.
Benitez is another manager our of Tottenhams league. He's actually won things.
reeled in with that one
Like he would go to your joke of a club anyway.
you need to stick with the rednaps, and o'neils, hodgesons of this word who have never won anything in Europe
Gary Megson and Colin Calderwood would be good shouts for you I think. More than capable of carrying on your tradition.
"Pep is a good manager but a lucky one. He's taken the job there at a time when they happened to have produced the greatest group of youth players any club has ever seen."
Nope.
He came thru much of the same production line that Cruyff et al conceived that the likes of Messi do now. From a kid to player to manager. Tis the CULTURE I value most from Pep. And he doesn't appear to be a changing room tyrant either.
And now the Spurs Academy seems to be moving in that direction, the seniors are back to playing the "Spurs" way etc, IMHO the time is right for Pep.
Why, oh why, would Guardiola go to Tottenham?
Seriously.
He has Man Utd written all over him tbh.
pep, and i thought arsenal fans were the most deluded

Dalglish does win things though.
Spurs need a manager who talks big and won nothing. Neil Warnock perhaps?
"Why, oh why, would Guardiola go to Tottenham?"
For the challenge.
Certainly not for the money (his salary, buying players etc) .
Great as Jose is, I question him on the basis that I don't think he can deliver when things aren't handed to him on a plate (I have yet to be told precisely how Porto were - players, finances etc - before his reign) .

They've won a trophy more recently that your lot soft rse.
I'd agree about Jose - picks his jobs very well indeed.
I don't mean it in a derogatory way but I cannot see Pep going to Tottenham for a "challenge".
Pep: "I'd like a World class forward please. Maybe bring Higuain with me"
Levy: " We can't pay his wages".
Pep: "Busquets"
Levy: "Yeah, erm, we can't pay the wages mate.
Pep: "Can you at least pay my wages?"
Levy: "No."
who cares how you spell that muppets name
like i said u keep dreaming about the peps and jose's of this world why Levy sorts you out with good old woy
Toblerone Boots (U4965)
Still using other teams successes to slate LFC I see. Why don't you use Evertons?
Higuain is from Real You take my point.

Do you think we are SERIOUS !!??
The number of people I get going from the first day I started all the Pep stuff months ago.
I look at Pep from a purist viewpoint.
Most akin to Arry in temperament IMHO , but most affinity with the "Spurs way" and the likehihood of importing the Barca culture into the current setup to make Spurs play even better.

You 'see' nothing of the sort, what you saw, was me correcting a RS wum having a pop at Spurs when he's failed to factor in that they've been more successful in recent years - an understandable mistake to make given that he is indeed a RS, as he's permanently trapped in the past.
The RDBD (demoted to supporting the team Pep Guardiola manages) (U1062)
Fair do's
You can only correct a mistake. He did not make one. If he did then you can't correct him cos he could then just say it about you. Funny how your post decent into puerile inference every time you obsessed no-mark isn't it?
2nd comment was for the lovely Toblerone.
Can you run that past me again, this time in English please
You post makes you a hypocrite. That's the gist of it.
No it doesn't my Pinkie friend, have another read there's no hypocrisy in there. Just as there's little English & no sign of intellect in yours
