I saw that tweet too, the future is looking bright.

I would go with:

De Gea
Rafael Rio Smalling Evra
Valencia Carrick Cleverley Nani
Rooney
Welbeck

Giggs, Anderson, Scholes, Jones, Young and Hernandez being used when required.

united started the season off on fire & I'd love to see that style of football again but right now its all about results.

I think the problem of who to play on the wings is a tough shout

If Young can rediscover his early form then he is the best option on the left. I just do not think we get the best our of Nani on the oeft

Our best right winger is Nani for me

Which leaves Valencia who has been pretty much our best player for the last 2 months

A dilemma I'm sure SAF will sort

Interesting that people have Cleverly as an automatic pick in midfield...

I think's it's down to what SAF keeps saying about him.

Cleverley is a massive boost for us

Diggler, we were a lot more fluid with him in there, it's just whether or not he can replicate that form for the rest of the season

I hope that he can replicate his early season form otherwise the idiots on here will be calling for his head.

The one's dismissing Young are stupid. They shoud go watch the Arsenal game again to see how a fully fit and up to speed Young can play. He was just fantastic that day

I doubt Tom will play Saturday but it would be great if he did.

Like I said I don't think he will, not straight back into side in massive game like this.

Also as I've been saying, please don't pile on the pressure on Tom, he's only played 7 games for us ever.

Young hasn't played many more but you have moved off berating Carrick and onto him now I have noticed

Will you ever learn that players can lose form, particularly after an injury??

can we improve on our corners

The problem with young is that he knows there is very tough competition for places with Valencia on form. Earlier on in the season Nani would occupy the right hand side so Young automatically had the left spot.

With Valencia so on form and Nani pretty much guaranteed to play on the left Young feels that he needs to impress and has been over complicating things instead of taking the simple pass.

With Tom, I hope he will be allowed time. The key is not to rush him back from injury and just make sure he's fully fit, he wasn't involved in todays reserve match which was a surprise. If he does recapture his form then we have an exciting second half of the season left.

The last few games, we have been excellent in holding on to possession, I mean against Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal we had good amount of possession. When was the last time we came out against these teams with more possession away from home.

Most of the time its, play 451, and just counter attack, repeat. Seems like SAF stopped using cautious the 451 approach and uses 442 against the top teams now as and it results in some great football games rather then drab 1-0 wins or 1-1 draws. Scholes coming back has helped quite abit I must say.

This was the one thing I loved about our footie at the start of the season.

Rooney, Young, Clev and Welbeck had a brilliant understanding.

Please don't ever compare United's play to Barca's! Stringing some passes together does not automatically qualify it as "Barca-esque".

Besides I hate Barca and prefer United to have our own more flexible style of play! We are not a one trick pony!

If tom plays on saturday and does rubbish people are gonna give him hell!

I for one, will not Greg.

Youngs problem has always been consistency, ask any villa fan.

There is nothing wrong with United's passing game atm without Clev.
