I Have never stopped supporting the team I've stood there more than once when we have been relegated and got behind the team. Your a complete idiot people are can have a opinion different to you.

Its the manager whose main job is to motivate the players. And we have a group of international stars ffs.

When Grant was in charge we had a far more serious situation, 9 first choice players out, our so called spine disabled, and our main goal scorer Drogba away along with Essien, Kalou Mikel etc.
Grant brought Anelka and somehow we had the guts and determination, loads of motivation, to hang on and in fact see the period out quite successfully.
We were unlucky not to win the champions league and had a good shot at the EPL title as well.
Grant , and his team were able to instill the required hunger to accomplish all that. ( Or if you prefer the special ones legacy). One could say that AVB has at his disposal much higher quality fire power , and stronger cards to play. So what is the difference?
HUNGER DESIRE DETERMINATION. Who is responsible for instilling that? The manager. Bottom line is if the selected players are lacking the above its the manager and only the manager who has to take the blame.
