any chance of mertsacker on loan? you have vertonghen and smalling for cover and mertsacker would be first choice for me so would be able to see how he does week in week out? can recall if you have injury problems

Hello LSTD

We are thrilled to have you on board at this fantastic club. We hope you take this club to the top after Vincent laid down the foundations.

After loosing in two finals we need to do one better and win a cup. The FA Cup would be absolutely fantastic but we will not complain if you win the Europa League or the League Cup.

We also feel it is important to rotate the team a bit and test younger or less experienced players out against weaker teams.

What are your aims? Where do you want to improve? Who do you want to sign?

I am very pleased with the way the team is coming along now, we have a strong squad. The only places i am really looking to improve is back up areas at CF and maybe a winger.

I will be looking to win cups and put a lot of pressure on 5th next season, youngsters like mceachran and sturridge will also get a lot of games.

In terms of signing i feel we can attempt a bid for Lukaku but i do have a back up target in mind. For a winger i was looking at someone like Adam Johnson who can have an impact from the bench.

I feel to get these two key signings a farther 18m would be very helpful. This would also make up for money we have had to send elsewhere from previous regimes.

Sorry for the late reply, my sainsburys is being looted. Anyway I believe you can push for 5th while 6th looks more likely. Lukaku would be excellent, to get such a bright prospect in to this club would be brilliant. Adam Johnson is a great winger but criminally under rated so making a bid for him would be brilliant. We quoted to Vincent we would give him 15m but because of a new manager we will give you 18m.
