Sheeeet video.
Why bother?
Yeah, were horrible people. Kean for England. Thank you for this.
I'm not passing judgement. The video is better at that than i am.
Do you think Kean would make a good England manager? Would he have done any worse than 6 million a year Capello?
If England were interested, would Blackburn let him leave for the good of England, or would they put themselves first and try to keep him?
I think he has the backing of most of the nation while he's at Blackburn so why not??? I don't know if those questions are serious ones.
I think he has the backing of most of the nation while he's at Blackburn so why not???
-----------------
Most of the nation are backing him against the abuse Blackburn fans give him. They're not backing him for England manager.
he has shown he can brush off adversity and criticism by battling on through this wave of hatred. If he ever wanted to become England manager that would certainly count in his favour.
Why are you picking a video from 2 months ago to make your point?
The only chant I can make out there is "Kean Out". If that classes as "abuse", why don't you take a look at the United fans after the game against us, the Sunderland fans before Steve Bruce got fired, the Wolves fans at Mick McCarthy, the Chelsea fans against AVB. Need I go on?
This is the most pointless post on here. If you bothered to look at the history behind the protests properly and didn't jump on the "poor Steve Kean" Fergie and co band wagon you would probably understand why fans are so angry. I see you are a "Neutral" football fan, what on earth does that mean?
Unless you have supported a football team you can never ever understand the emotions that go with that.
Silly person.
If you bothered to look at the history behind the protests properly and didn't jump on the "poor Steve Kean" Fergie and co band wagon you would probably understand why fans are so angry.
--------------------------
You're angry because of the clubs league position, and you don't like the owners.
That still doesn't justify the abuse you give Kean. He seems fairly competent at his job.
Your rivals Bolton aren't doing too well, but they don't abuse the manager at every home game, rightly so.
Blackburn should be the same
Owen Coyle - has actually had a good run for both Burnley and last season for Bolton, so their fans know that he is capable of getting results. Also picked them up from a relegation fight.
Kean - Never managed in his life, has an abysmal record and has taken the club from comfortable mid-table to prime relegation candidates.
I fail to see the similarities.
Also - Define "abuse", as I said in my previous post.
Another ridiculous post from a Sky Sports fan!
Pop over to the Arsenal board, they've abused a manager whose team sit 4th...
'Abuse' in this situation is where you criticise the manager beyond acceptable levels. Therefore you cross the boundry between acceptable criticism and abuse.
Shouting 'you dont know what your doing' is one thing. Shouting vile and threatening insults is quite another, that's what you've done with Kean.
So what if Kean has never managed before? Every manager has to start somewhere. You can't judge his ability on a years work.
I've not seen anything that suggests he's out of his depth, he seems to pick the strongest team in a suitable formation, and the players are fully motivated for him. He's had bad luck go against him in a number of games.

------------------------
So, for example, it's "bad luck" that he hasnt been able to use this "suitable formation" to keep a single clean sheet in TEN months!?
You don't get relegated by bad luck, you get relegated by incompetance by players, owners and/or manager. None are blameless, and with the amount of lies coming out of Kean/Venky's mouth, the blame is on their shoulders more than the players, that's for sure.
Your rivals Bolton aren't doing too well, but they don't abuse the manager at every home game, rightly so
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Deepspace, I don't know if you have followed football for only this season, but you do realise that Bolton fan's gave Megson (their former manager) as much abuse, if not more, than we gave Kean, so really, that is a really dumb thing to say.
You obviously have no idea what is happening at the club, have no idea of the actual support that Blackburn fans have always given (we were known as a family club before this season) and are basing your opinions from what you have seen on Skysports news. Give it a rest, read what is actually happening to the club, learn the incompetance that Kean has precided over (not just this seaason but last season too) and just from the 2 minute clips we get on MOTD either and then come back and comment, rather than posting a video of the fans chanting Kean out in one of our most important games of this season, which suprise suprise we didn't win.
He's had bad luck go against him in a number of games.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
O and we have had some amazing luck going for us as well. Remember the MGP corner against Wigan?
Sure we have had 'bad luck' but we have also had some lucky moments too.
Kean is not good enough, even if we stay up. We need someone who is actually capable of making a team defend well. We have no clean sheets all season, I think that is all you need to know.
You're hurting my eyes now deepspace. Maybe thats where you should go back to...deepspace, eh?
Sorry my first post shoud have said:

Deeppanpizza, or whatever your user name is, what does being a neutral football fan mean?

Kean hasn't received any stick for at least the last 5 games. How long do we need to lay off him for before stupid twots like you shut up and go away?

------------------------------
Can't argue with that, what Bolton fans did to Megson was also unacceptable.
Doesn't it prove my point though, that they don't behave like that to Coyle? They abused Megson because his face didn't fit, now you're doing the same with Kean. You didn't like him from the start, wheras most new managers are 'given a chance' by the fans.
If you lost Kean, who would you get in? If the owners are as bad as you say they are, who would work for them?
I don't see Kean blaming the problems on these 'evil' owners, for the good of Blackburn he continues to put up with them.
Deepspace, are we pretending last season didn't happen ?
He's pretending a lot of things don't happen, like the Bolton fans giving Coyle any stick. Obviously hasn't looked on their board for the last few months.

-----------------
What did he do bad last season? kept you up in a time of turmoil.
Writing on your board is totally different from going to games. It's not acceptable to hound him like you do at games.
Kept us up from a relegation battle he dragged us into.
If you want a definition of 'acceptable' protest, this is an example
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iannEoQ8HXc&feature=related
The fans protest loudly, but they don't give out disgusting personal abuse.
And their manager had openly criticised the people in the town. Kean has never said bad things about the people of Blackburn.
