So then why is it that you believe that Suarez simply lied to Dalglish about the holy handshake which clears everything?

Because I believe Ian Ayre and Kenny Dalglish.
Why don't you?

Saying he didn't shake Paddy's hand because his homour kicked in is utterly stupid given Suarez's past which is littered with incidents that show anything but honour

I believe Suarez agreed to shake Evra's hand prior to the game also. I said as much. However I asked you why you believe that Suarez simply lied? Answer the question which I ask, not which you wish the question to be. It's quite simple really.
I think it is more of a question of whether Suarez will want to stay.
He has shown himself to be of little moral fibre and it would not surprise me if he ran away from this mess, off to Spain or somewhere in the summer. There would be plenty of takers acorss Europe

If I were wrongly accused of racism, I might agree previous to shake the hand of the person who lied about it, however when it actually came to doing it, I might not be able to go through with it. I'm not sure how that line of thought is stupid.
I think it's stupid to suggest that Suarez just lied when he said he would shake Evra's hand when he knew full well that he wouldn't. That just seems ridiculous.

Because he's a petulant twonk, who put his own grievance before the trust of his manager & employer. Maybe he didn't have gonads to tell Dalglish that he wasn't going to shake Evras hand.......that would be more believable than your quaint "honour" tale, the man has ZERO history of acting with "honour" & plenty of being a petulant fool.
I know where my moneys at.........isn't it time that you admitted that you've backed the wrong horse here btw? As even your spiritual leader has reversed his tank.....
TOOR.
- Guilty verdict

- Tells manager/boss he would shake hands with PE
- Refuses to shake hands with PE
Why are you still defending this fool?
What ever way it's spun, Suarez agreed to help Kenny, his team and the fans move on by shaking Evra's hand, taking one for the team, when it came down to it he didn't. He chose to put his own feelings first.
He still has a future at Anfield if he changes that attitude, but that's a big if.

We are talking about Suarez here though
And your club have confirmed it anyway. What part of 'Suarez missled the club.' do you not get?
So you think Suarez at the time said that he would shake Evra's hand, knowing full well that he wouldn't?
And that doesn't make any sense to you?

Third time's a charm.
The trouble is with Luis is he doesn't think what he's doing he just goes off on one, that's the problem we have with him.

Which is understandable when you believe the world has labelled you racist because of the player you thought you would shake hands with but then couldn't.

Of course he has a future. He is our best player. Why wouldn't he have a future? For not shaking the hand of somebody he doesn't like? Come on, you PC people have to stop blowing everything out of proportion. He didn't shake the hand of a person he doesn't like. This is how it goes in the real world. Get a freaking grip.
I think both clubs have drawn a line under it now. Move on.

Actually this is not about him shaking Evra's hand, it has moved on from that to Suarez showing contempt for KD, LFC & the fans.
By promising KD & the Club that he WOULD shake hands with Evra and then deliberately not doing so, he has shown contempt of the highest order and furthermore that his word is worth absolutely nothing.
Think you should listen to Aggers, at least he is being realistic in his aproach to this.

Well would you shake the hand of a person you believe got you wrongly banned? I know I wouldn't. I wouldn't be fake. My honour would prevent it. I'm just trying to put myself in his shoes. I don't think he just simply lied to the manager, knowing full well he wouldn't enter into a handshake.

Spineless hypocrite.
The whole thing was embarrassing.
The fans as usual, will pick up the tab and we can put up with being called 'klanfield' and 'defenders of racism' for the forseeable future.
He hopefully realises that he's been an idiot. He owes the club and particularly the fans. Selling him will stitch us up twice. The way he can make it up to us is by breaking his balls in every game and doing his utmost to be an exemplary player for the club and in the community.

Agreed, Luis is going to need all his talent, because he has a lot of making up to do. This is the defining moment of his career in the next couple of months.
Despite what Suarez has done in terms of what he said to Evra, or the handshake debacle, He was still Liverpool's best player. I dont think he once stopped chasing lost causes during the match. Cant fault him for that to be honest.
