Old Ronny for the game (fa cup) when we were two nil down and I think he was a sub, pretty sure of it thinking about it.
Southampton 2-0 Spurs.
Final score 2-6 Ronny hat-trick.
Just reminded myself of Anderton......
andy booth, thank david pleat for that 1 lol
dean austin for me....mainly as he was from my home town...had always supported spurs...so twas gr8 to see him live his dream....not the best...but not the worst either...then he snapped his leg and well....!!!
Anderton i couldn't stand him iv'e seen better heads of cabbages than him.
what about clive wilson signed on a free from qpr was quality for 2 seasons even though he was about 50!
I always thought David Howells did a fairly decent job but he always seemed to get a lot of critics.
I always remember that game he played against West Ham soon after his father had passed away.
anderton used to live in mjy home town too.

I have it Paul Stalteri worth every penny for the winning goal vs the spammers.
Junction8 - My first game was a 1-1 with Newcastle, where Ginola (for New) roasted Austin for the entire game, he has been my joke player ever since. Im sure he never scored a goal either.
Controversial here and i know its not within Harry's time...
But i quite like Gomes..not his GK ability's, but just him
no he didn't.....to be fair thou...most full backs got roasted by daveeeed......
RRP i know where your coming from there is somthing likeable about him like a thick labrador.
Clive Wilson is a good shout, I always had time for Mauricio Taricco, little thug, but he was out little thug
And Moussa SAAAAAIBBB
Anderton . Harry is patron of a childrens hospice in the Poole area and invited Anderton to a ceremony when the place was opened (Anderton lives in nearby Bournemouth). Anderton demanded a fee for his appearance, that's the type of person he is. Harry quite rightly told him to get stuffed.

RRP - Im with you, I can't help but like Gomes. Though I have said before I am also a calamity keeper.
Junction8 - yeah fair enough, it was just one of those things, that odd first impression that stays with you for ever for no real reason.
Then again i can't say anything Pav has been and always will be one of my all time favourites i got much Pav love
Gomes has/had a great relationship with the fans, such a shame he makes so many POOR mistakes, he is a great shot stopper, never going to work out though
yeah i'm sure....just the same as i never liked bentley even from wayyyyy back in his early career...so i just cldnt warm to him wen he arrived..
thou he went some way to making me like him a little more with that goal......
but then reverted back to the hand pump we all know and hate........
Really spurcat - thats quite disgusting really, you would of thought the clue was the chairty bit.
But knowing Anderton perhaps he still has some medical bills to pay for...
Bentley was a player i never wanted he was a flashy gobsh1te that couldn't back it up on the pitch.
Saib like dalmat, dominguez, great talent just couldnt be bothered to go the other way! dean austin always had a blinder against the gunners. I liked simon davies i remember the league cup semi where we spanked chelsea he had a cracker of a game.
I was at everton away 2 seasons ago i think most boring 0 0 ever but we sang songs about gomes for other 30 minutes!
