HMRC don't care who owns what. They go after the perpetrator and the vehicle where the misdemeanor(s) occurred, don't worry about the taxman: he'll get his freakin bit.
The tax man may end up with very little if 75% of creditors agree the cvt thingy! Is there a possibility Whyte has 75% of creditors in his back pocket already - is he 75% of creditors? High stakes poker indeed!

He may well have set out to be but it would appear he has went as far as he can and may well be overtaken by events. Whyte is your club.
You make a good point MG.............Whyte is no more than a shyster and it may just be that Murray was compliant.

You kick Leo in the baws and I'll heed them off at the pass.Rangers are the cowboys, led by Whyte.

Mordor, not necessarily will the taxman get his bit. Infact, very very unlikely will he. The only certainty is Whyte will come out it well. Rangers, and the HMRC can whistle for their money as far as he is concerned.
Hector won't chase Whyte- it's Murray and Rangers on the menu.
My argument is there may be nothing for them to get. Like I say, I believe Whyte has set this up in such a way he will get all his money, and possibly the ticketus many also (if he secured it against himself). In the even of liquidation, there would be no rangers for the taxman to go after.
