The owners are making a terrible mistake in forcing Mancini to play him again!
-----------------------------------------------
You must know something we don't. How are they forcing him to play him? He won't play unless he apologises to Mancini, then proves he is match fit, then shows an eagerness to want to do well for City and make amends for his actions.
If he shows all these things then he is a decent asset to have.

don't spoil the OP's thread with the truth, you'll upset him
The question I have for City fans, is do you want him back?
In my opinion the poison one is his agent, who just appears to engineer a (big money) move for him every 2 seasons.
I'd be glad to see the back of them both.
HM,
Personally I don't want him back.
I don't like the comments that have been ascribed to him in the past couple of days. Ok, he's trying to put his side of the story across, but why now? Why not when it happened? If he wants to come back and help the team try to win the title, then just say that. No need to qualify it by making himself out to be the victim and having a dig at Mancini in the process. Especially when such digs include incidents that he goes on to say were resolved (such as him and Mancini coming to blows).
There's only two possible reasons why he would drag all of this up again now. Either he is trying to re-build his reputation by saying he is the one who isn't at fault, and in doing so trying to build bridges with City fans and also (and probably more importantly to him) to potential employers come the end of the season.
Or perhaps his reasons are a little more suspect. He's coming back in order to make himself available, but stirring it up with Mancini at the same time so that Mancini will end up not selecting him. Which would result in him being able to effectively cancel his contract at the end of the season, become a free-agent, and one who is in line for a very big fat pay day when another club comes along. Perhaps a pay day that supercedes the amount of money that he's lost in wages this season - an amount that he is (sic) not going to contest.
The owners are making a terrible mistake in forcing Mancini to play him again!
----------------------------------
It does seem odd that he's coming back all of a sudden, and it might be likely that the owners want to recoup some of their out lay on him. Regardless of how much money they have they will want at least £25m back, they get rich by making money, not giving it away.
So why is he coming back:
A) the owners want him out and need to put him back in the shop window.
B) Tevez might be very rich, but he can't keep dropping £800k each month.
C) Tevez knows that if he is to move on and get the wages he want, he needs to play again and soon
D) Tevez also knows that it looks like City have a massive chance at the title and if he could grab a few goals to help that he can claim he was vital and get his reputation back (or some of it)
E) He's a greedy teewat and is p'd off playing Golf every day, wnats to earn £800k a month and would like to look like the good guy by scoring a few goals.
I'd opt for the last option

I'd opt for the first option
Option F:
Our strikers aren't exactly on fire at the moment, so the prospect of having Tevez returning and competing for a place might encourage them to step up another gear.
I mean, can it just be coincidence that, after an explosive start to the season, Dzeko's form began to steadily decline after the Munich game?
I believe no one is beyond redemption.
It doesn't matter how Tevez is quoted in the newspapers, it only matters how he relates in person to the rest of the squad and Mancini.
Even if he doesn't believe he was in the wrong, as long as he works hard and from this point onward to put the team first, his presence can be of some benefit.
We all make mistakes in life, and when you've made a whopper, it's difficult to admit it publicly.
Throughout this sorry saga, both Mancini and the club have proven themselves to be too big to be extorted by a player and his unscrupulous agent.
Now is the time for all of us to show that we are big enough to forgive, even if we can perhaps not forget. I'm not saying cheer him, or chant his name, but if he scores; celebrate, because the team has scored.
If we can conduct ourselves with dignity and respect, we will show Tevez and the rest of the world, that City fans ARE the greatest fans in the world, and why pulling on the jersey for Manchester City is an honour that any player is humbled by x

OP - This is either one of the most lacklustre WUM attempts we've had, or you have failed to scroll down and notice the half a dozen identical articles where a 'concerned neutral' has been asking our opinions.
However, I'm in a good mood, I'll humour you.
The guy isn't worth the column inches and symbolises everything that is wrong in most top players attitudes. I want his career to end because he simply doesn't appreciate or deserve his position.
